I took the liberty of borrowing the Genesis from

In the beginning, there was boredom.
Knowing that man toiled in unenjoyment, the Gods, filled with the light of True Entertainment, came together and said, “Let there be Gaming,” and there was gaming. And the Gods saw that gaming was good. This was the first stage.
And the Gods said, “Let there be no boundaries,” and gaming was to be enjoyed in all possible forms, in all corners of the Earth, by all creatures capable. And the Gods saw it was good. This was the second stage.
Then the Gods, wise in their ways and knowing that gaming should be all-encompassing, said, “Let there be Genres,” and each of the Gods created a Genre, seven in number, one for each God of Gaming. The Seven Glorious Genres from which all Gaming and other genres would be born. And this was the third stage.
And the Gods said, “Let us make Gamers in our own image, diverse and varied, to rule over all the games on Earth.”
So the Gods created Gamers in their own image, in the image of the Gods that created them; male and female, tall and short, thick and thin, they created them, Gamers all.
The Gods blessed them and said, “Be joyous and open armed with Gaming; Experience all it has to offer. Rule over Gaming with all the skill you can muster.”
Then the gods said, “We give you every Genre, every Game, digital and otherwise, portable and otherwise. They will be yours for entertainment.” And it was so.
The Gods saw all that they had made, and it was very good. And this was the final stage.
Thus, Gaming, once the pastime of the Gods, was given to Man, in its entire vast array.
By the end of the final stage, the gods had completed their work, and so after the final stage the Gods rested from their work. They took up their controllers, and the Gods blessed all days of rest, for they were made For Gaming.
All we need to do is add to it.
